Mazda North American Operations Executive Changes

Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) has some major executive changes coming up just in the next few weeks!

The most major change of them all is the appointing of current Senior Vice President of Retail Operations to President & CEO.
Another major change is for current MNAO’s President & CEO who will become Mazda Motor Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer and a Representative Director of the company based in Japan in Hiroshima.

On top of these two major executive changes there are others!

• Ryuichi Umeshita: current Executive Vice President and Assistant to the President (will remain) but will also now oversee Mazda’s sales operations in Canada, Mexico, and Colombia. And will manufacture operations in the region.
• Theresa Barrea (now becomes Senior Vice President of Human Resources
• Tim Manning (now becomes Senior Vice President of Retail Operations, overseeing U.S. vehicle sales, aftersales, and U.S. regional office operations
• Stefan Meisterfeld (will become Vice President of Strategic Planning)
