Job Summary

Smail Auto Group is currently seeking to fill a full-time Automotive Service Sales Representative. This position is a new position within our company. The Automotive Service Sales Representative will be working within the Service Department to meet and greet our service customers that could eligible through the use of our equity tools and surveys to purchase or lease a new car at the same or lower monthly payment than they currently have.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Meeting with Service Customers and updating their records.
• Using the Equity Tools we have to educate our customers on the advantages of purchasing or leasing a new vehicle
• Working with the Sales Team to help the customer buy or lease a new vehicle

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be customer service oriented with excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to adapt to a past faced environment.
• Must be able to work well with others in a team atmosphere.
• Must be willing to learn new products on an on-going basis.
• Intermediate computer skills are preferred.
• Will be required to obtain a Pennsylvania Vehicle Sales License

Lot Attendant (Service)

Job Summary

Smail Auto Group is currently seeking to fill part and full time Lot Attendant positions. We are looking for individuals who are organized and driven to work in the automotive industry. Primary duties of this position are getting vehicles ready for sale and getting vehicles ready to be delivered back to customers after service appointments.
